<p style="margin: 0 0 10px; text-align: justify;">El <strong>diumenge 30 de març</strong>, la ciutat de Vic tornarà a acollir la caminada accessible “Fent Camí”, organitzada per la <strong>Taula d’entitats de Diversitat Funcional de Vic</strong>. Aquesta jornada inclusiva convida tota la ciutadania a participar en una iniciativa que promou la igualtat d’oportunitats i el respecte a la diversitat. Amb un recorregut adaptat per garantir l’accessibilitat, l’esdeveniment s’ha convertit en una cita imprescindible per fomentar l’esport, la convivència i la visibilització de les persones amb diversitat funcional.</p>

El quart Iftar Comunitari de Vic, celebrat aquest dissabte 15 de març al Recinte Firal El Sucre, ha estat un gran èxit i ha consolidat aquest esdeveniment com un referent de la bona convivència i diàleg intercultural a la ciutat. Més de 300 persones han assistit a aquesta trobada, que ha permès a persones de diversos orígens i creences compartir el trencament del dejuni diari del Ramadà en un ambient de germanor i respecte mutu.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">L'Iftar Comunitari, organitzat per diverses entitats locals amb el suport de l'Ajuntament de Vic, ha oferit un espai construït col·lectivament per fomentar el coneixement mutu i reforçar la cohesió social. L'acte ha començat amb una breu explicació sobre el significat del Ramadà dirigida sobretot a les persones no musulmanes que no coneixen aquesta celebració, seguida d'una lectura compartida per part de les entitats organitzadores i les autoritats, que han destacat la importància de la solidaritat, l'empatia i el compromís amb la ciutat. Més tard, els participants han gaudit d’un àpat tradicional, enriquit per converses i moments compartits.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Els Pressupostos Participatius de Vic 2025-2027 són una eina de democràcia directa que dona veu a la ciutadania en la presa de decisions sobre una part del pressupost municipal. Amb 700.000€ assignats, aquest procés permet als veïns i veïnes presentar i decidir projectes que impactin positivament en la ciutat, promovent la cohesió social, la convivència ciutadana i el foment de l'activitat física.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Aquesta iniciativa busca que la ciutadania participi activament en la construcció d’una ciutat més inclusiva, accessible i dinàmica. Els projectes poden tenir abast a tot el territori municipal, assegurant que els beneficis es reparteixin de manera equitativa a tota la ciutat, sense limitar-se a zones o barris concrets.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">El procés no només incentiva la participació, sinó que també fomenta la col·laboració entre persones i institucions per construir una ciutat millor per a tothom.</p>

En aquest context, el proper 27 de març a les 18:30h, organitzem la taula rodona "Estratègies contra l'onada anti-drets trans" a la sala Coll i Bardolet de l'edifici El Sucre.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Les patates de Sant Tomàs estan presents a partir d’avui al Fòrum Gastronòmic de Girona per presentar el seu primer gust després que fa quasi tres anys sortissin al mercat per primera vegada. Es tracta de les patates de Sant Tomàs al pebre negre i també les elaboren les persones amb discapacitat intel·lectual vinculades a l’entitat, a l’obrador de Manlleu amb els mateixos ingredients com són l’oli d’oliva verge arbequina i la sal del delta de l’Ebre. </p>

Aquest gust amplia les referències d’aquest producte que té el projecte social de Sant Tomàs al darrere i permet ampliar les oportunitats d’inserció laboral de les persones amb discapacitat o amb risc d’exclusió social. “Per nosaltres era molt important donar a conèixer, no només aquesta nova referència, sinó també el projecte social que hi ha al darrere de les nostres patates fregides i és un orgull poder-la presentar en un espai tan valuós com és el Fòrum Gastronòmic de Girona” explica el director general de Sant Tomàs Ricard Aceves.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">El Vicjove obre una nova convocatòria de la <strong>Carta d’Ajuts 2025</strong>, una iniciativa destinada a donar suport a projectes, activitats i iniciatives impulsades per joves de la ciutat. L'ajuda ofereix suport econòmic, cessió d'infraestructures i materials a joves i entitats juvenils. El pressupost total disponible per aquesta edició és de 5.000 euros, amb un màxim de 1.000 € per proposta. </p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Els projectes han de ser sense ànim de lucre, tenir impacte a Vic i estar impulsats per grups de joves o entitats. Es poden presentar sol·licituds fins el 30 de maig de 2025. Les activitats presentades s'hauran de desenvolupar durant el 2025. </p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">L’Ajuntament de Vic, des de les àrees d’igualtat i educació, va engegar a cavall del 2021 i 2022. Un projecte per a elaborar un model d’intervenció integral per treballar l’abordatge de les desigualtats des d’una perspectiva interseccional als centres de primària i secundaria de la ciutat. El projecte ha pres el nom de Prisma, i compta amb la participació de la UVic-UCC i la facilitació de l’entitat Lo Relacional.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">L’escola de la Sínia i l’institut La Plana són dos centres que en el curs escolar 2023-2024 van iniciar un treball al centre com a prova pilot d’aquest model. I durant el curs 2024-2025 continuen establint les bases per consolidar aquest model. En l’acompanyament als centres i al grup motor arran d’un procés de diagnosi es van recollir tres propostes de continguts específics a través de tres monogràfics dirigits a la comunitat socio educativa. És per això que en el primer semestre de l’any, es proposa la realització de tres monogràfics. .</p>

És un dels artistes que més ha insistit en el principi del collage: construir a partir de fragments. L’artista entén el collage com si fos una partitura escènica. Tota mena de restes de fotografies, papers, cartons, fustes, han estat els seus materials recurrents. Els seus treballs tenen una acusada i específica teatralitat on les imatges resultants són com un gran calidoscopi o palimpsest, que ell articula en funció </p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><span style="color:#e67e22"><span style="font-size:20px"><strong>6 Obligacions per les entitats sobre igualtat i diversitat</strong></span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"> </p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><strong>1. Pla d'igualtat: </strong>El pla d'igualtat té l'objectiu de garantir l'igualtat de tracte i d'oportunitats de les persones en l'entorn laboral, indeendentment del gènere.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Les entitats amb 50 o més persones contractades han de tenir el pla i l'han de renovar cada 4 anys com a màxim.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><strong>2. Auditoria retributiva:</strong> L'auditoria retributiva consisteix a avaluar les retribucions percebudes en llocs d'igual valor per determinar si es garanteix l'igualtat entre dones i homes. Les organitzacions que estiguin obligades a tenir un pla d'igualtat han de fer l'auditoria.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><strong>3. Registre salarial: </strong>El registre salarial serveix per determinar l'existencia o no de bretxa salarial entre dones i homes . Totes les organitzacions que tinguin personal contractat han de tenir el registre i s'ha de fer cada any natural, ja que reflecteix els salaris de les persones contractades de l'any anterior.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><strong>4. Protocol d'abordatge de l'assetjament secual o per raó de sexe:</strong> El protocol determina mesures per prevenir i donar resposta a possibles situacions d'assetjament sexual o per raó de sexe. Qualsevol entitat que tingui personal contractat està obligada a tenir el protocol.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><strong>5. Protocol per a l'erradiació de les discriminacions LGTBIQA+:</strong> L'objctiu del protocol es prevenir i donar resposta a possibles discriminacions i violències contra persones que no estiguin dins de la cisheterosexualitat. Les organitzacions amb 50 o més persones contractades han de tenir el protocol.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><strong>6. Protocol de desconexió digital: </strong>L'objectiu del document és garantir que es respecti el dret que tenen les persones treballadores a no rebre cap comunicació d el'organització fora de l'horari laboral pactat. Si l'entitat té personal contractat, estè obligada a tenir un protocol de desconnexió digital. Es tracta d'una mesura de conciliació laboral i personal.</p>
