First registration

You must come to the Municipal Reception Office to register if this is the first time you are registering in the city.

Immigration reports

The City Council is the institution where you can ask for immigration reports, which are necessary for some procedures.

At the Municipal Reception Office you can find out about and ask for the following reports:

• Social ties report
• Social integration report
• Housing report for family reunification
• Housing report for renewals of residence permits

All procedures at the Municipal Reception Office are face-to-face and you need to make an appointment to do them.
