First Reception Service

The First Reception Service is a training programme for foreigners registered in the city who are over 16 years old, and issues an official reception certificate awarded by the Generalitat de Catalunya.

The First Welcome Service includes a welcome session and a series of three training sessions.

 

Welcome session

An information reception session in the city of Vic, available to all new citizens to welcome them and tell them about their rights and obligations.

It takes place for groups every month. Prior registration required 

Training series

This is divided into three series:

     SERIES A: Language   

     A series for learning Catalan and Spanish, with a minimum of 90 hours of training in each of the two official languages.

     SERIES B: Employment information.

     A series on the labour market, lasting 15 hours.

     SERIES C: Knowledge of Catalan Society and its legal system.

     A session for getting to know the country we live in, the city and the services in the surrounding area, lasting 20 hours.
