<p style="margin: 0 0 10px; text-align: justify;">Serà aquest <strong>dissabte 19 d’octubre </strong>amb sortida i arribada a la Rambla del Bisbat. La cursa, totalment gratuïta, està oberta a <strong>infants i joves fins als 18 anys amb diversitats funcionals, discapacitat, TEA o altres</strong> i tindrà lloc a partir de les 10 del matí. </p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px; text-align: justify;"> </p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px; text-align: justify;">El recorregut de la cursa serà al llarg de la rambla del Bisbat i comptarà amb un traçat lineal amb diferents distàncies -10,20,30,40 o 50 metres-. Es tracta d’una prova de caràcter no competitiu i on s’entregarà una medalla i diversos obsequis per part de les entitats col·laboradores a tots els infants i joves que hi participin. </p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px; text-align: justify;">La quarta edició s’ha treballat conjuntament amb l’Escola Estel, la Taula d’entitats de Diversitat Funcional, el Consell Esportiu d’Osona i el Consell Comarcal d’Osona.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><strong>A partir d’ara i fins el 15 de novembre</strong> podeu <strong>justificar la subvenció concedida aquest 2024</strong> a través del següent enllaç: </p>

En el tràmit de justificació trobareu tota la documentació que heu de presentar:<br>

<li>Memòria de l’activitat realitzada <em>(Model Ajuntament)</em>
</li>
<li>Relació de despeses de la totalitat de l’activitat <em>(Model Ajuntament)</em>
</li>
<li>Arxiu PDF amb els documents acreditatius de la despesa total realitzada</li>
<li>Relació d’ingressos rebuts per a l’activitat <em>(Model Ajuntament)</em>
</li>
<li>Documentació acreditativa de la utilització del logotip de l’Ajuntament en els elements de difusió de l’activitat subvencionada, o bé, certificat del representant de l’activitat si no s’ha pogut fer difusió de l’activitat.</li>
</ol>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">A continuació us resumim les informacions més destacades d’aquest any:<br>
<br>
• Es poden justificar despeses realitzades entre l’1 de novembre del 2023 i el 31 <br>
d’octubre del 2024.<br>
• La justificació amb despeses indirectes no pot superar el 10% de l’import <br>
subvencionat.<br>
• Haureu d'emplenar el model de memòria que correspongui, d'acord amb la línia <br>
de subvenció a la que us vau presentar. <br>
• S’ha modificat l’Excel de relació de despeses, de manera que es detallaran en <br>
pestanyes diferents les despeses justificades amb factures i les despeses de <br>
personal. Així mateix, trobareu una pestanya d’instruccions amb l’explicació <br>
detallada de les dades a emplenar.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">La creença més estesa i que perpetua més l'estigma entre la societat és que es creu que és un problema aïllat i que no coneixem gairabé ningú amb problemes de salut mental. Lluny d'aquesta creença, <strong>1 de cada 4 persones experimentarà algun problema de salut mental al llarg de la seva vida segons la Organització Mundial de la Salut.</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Una persona que conviu amb un problema de salut mental, no té cap impediment per compartir el seu projecte de vida amb la resta de la comunitat i a més a més pot gaudir d'una bona salut mental.</li>
<li>Sovint es relaciona la salut mental amb la vergonya o la por. És necessari que en puguem parlar sense tabús, com si expliquéssim qualsevol altra malaltia. </li>
<li>Com més se'n parla més es normalitza i més lluitem contra els mites i estigmes.</li>

L'acte tindrà lloc el <strong>dijous 17 d'octubre, a 2/4 de 8 del vespre, a l'Auditori Marià Vila d'Abadal de Vic</strong>, i inclourà un col·loqui posterior.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Duch analitzarà la sobirania alimentària en el context de les <strong>problemàtiques del sistema alimentari industrial</strong>, com la <strong>fam</strong>, el <strong>canvi climàtic</strong>, i la <strong>pèrdua de biodiversitat</strong>, amb exemples com el sector porcí a Catalunya. Plantejarà si les seves propostes poden realment capgirar aquest sistema, suggerint la necessitat de <strong>"descivilitzar-nos"</strong> i desvincular l'alimentació del mercat.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Pau Puig i Joan Palà, músics de Txarango, ofereixen tallers de batucada inclusius per a totes les edats a través de Batiyaye, una escola de percussió. Aquests tallers estan dissenyats per a centres educatius, espais de lleure i festivals, i no requereixen coneixements previs.</p>
