<p style="margin: 0 0 10px; text-align: justify;">👉🏻 Ens complau convidar-vos a la inauguració del nou servei de cafeteria-menjador del Casal Cívic i Comunitari de Vic, un projecte sociolaboral i comunitari 👥 gestionat per l’associació Casal Claret en conveni amb el Departament de Drets Socials i Inclusió.<br>

☕️🥗El servei de cafeteria i menjador és un punt de trobada intergeneracional i intercultural, obert a tothom, on es promou la cohesió social, la participació ciutadana, la socialització entre persones i el sentiment de pertinença a la comunitat. <br>

Mercè Pérez Salanova, representants de l’Ajuntament, entitats del territori i persones implicades en el projecte, que ens explicaran l’impacte i els objectius d’aquest nou projecte.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Més de 150 persones, la majoria vinculades a Sant Tomàs i d’altres que han volgut donar-hi suport, s’han concentrat aquest matí a la Plaça Major de Vic per reclamar al govern de la Generalitat millores pel sector amb motiu del dia internacional de les persones de la discapacitat intel·lectual que se celebra avui 3 de desembre.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">L’acte ha concentrat nombroses persones ateses, famílies vinculades amb l’entitat, treballadores i treballadors dels diferents serveis i membres de la Junta i Patronat de l’entitat. Un representant de cada un d’aquests col·lectius ha llegit una part del manifest que entre altres aspectes reclamava al govern català un millor finançament del sector per assegurar una bona atenció i unes millors condicions de vida per a les persones amb discapacitat intel·lectual.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">La vicepresidenta primera de Sant Tomàs Maria Carme Bover ha estat la primera de llegir una part del manifest que fa referència a l’accessibilitat cognitiva. Bover ha reclamat millores en l’accés a la informació, a la cultura, a la justícia o a la salut de les persones amb discapacitat intel·lectual a través de fer “un món més fàcil d’entendre”.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">L’<strong>Associació de Diversitat Funcional d’Osona (ADFO)</strong> i ADFOCET han llançat una campanya de Nadal enfocada en la creativitat, la sostenibilitat i el valor social. La iniciativa es desenvolupa a través del <strong>Taller de Superpoders</strong>, on els participants creen productes nadalencs com estrelles amb bombons, postals fetes a mà i lots amb productes de proximitat i disseny sostenible. Els dissenys s’inspiren en el significat dels colors, destacant el vermell com a símbol de passió i energia.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Els lots de Nadal, elaborats amb productes de petits cellers familiars i entitats locals, es presenten en materials reciclats i es distribueixen amb vehicles elèctrics, promovent la sostenibilitat i la inclusió laboral per a persones amb discapacitat física. A més, s’ha creat un llibre de receptes titulat <em>El taller dels somiatruites</em>, disponible també en format digital.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">La campanya està alineada amb els Objectius de Desenvolupament Sostenible (ODS) i és possible gràcies a la col·laboració d’empreses, entitats socials i la comunitat local. <p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Alumnes de l'escola FEDAC VIC, Pare Coll, van anar al Centre de dia Sant Jordi, del Remei, a fer una activitat amb la gent gran que hi passa el dia.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Es tractava de fer manualitats com també de cantar tots plegats. Una altre activitat entre persones joves en formació i gent gran amb algunes dificultats, amb l'esperit del projecte Tracta'm Bé.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Tothom va quedar molt content i ajuda a la comprensió i estima entre generacions.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">La sedestació i el correcte posicionament en cadira de rodes són clau per a la salut i el benestar de persones amb discapacitats neurològiques, ajudant a prevenir i corregir deformitats. El <strong>12 de desembre</strong>, DIXIT Vic organitza una conferència virtual titulada "<em>Sedestació i posicionament en cadira de rodes, un enfocament terapèutic</em>". </p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">El ponent serà <strong>Francesc Octavio Mata</strong>, expert en biomecànica i director clínic d’Impronta Ortopedi, qui presentarà tècniques terapèutiques i posturals recollides en el seu manual, amb un enfocament preventiu i de tractament per a deformitats posturals d’origen neurològic. També hi participarà <strong>Núria Estelrich</strong>, terapeuta ocupacional de SÍRIUS Vic, que introduirà el ponent i participarà en el debat.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">A partir dels continguts de l’exposició 3 MESOS, 3 SETMANES, 3 DIES. de l’artista Francesc Ruiz, que podrem visitar a ACVIC, reflexionarem sobre la nostra comarca a través dels Shmoos, uns animals ficticis que viuen entre nosaltres.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Aquestes darreres setmanes hem pogut acompanyar visites a les exposicions per part de l'Escola d'Art de Vic, el Grau Multimèdia de la UVic, els cicles formatius de Teknós de la UVic, i l'escola La Font. A més, estem gaudint de les dues sessions de divendres del laboratori d'arts digitals de Vic amb Shook Studio.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Per finalitzar, el proper dia <strong>13 de desembre a la tarda</strong> tindrem la sessió de presentació del vídeo recull d'experiències de Nits Digitals 2003-2015, amb Núria Antentas, i l'acció de cloenda a l'ACVIC amb TopLap... <strong>guardeu-vos-ho a l'agenda, la setmana vinent tota la informació a les vostres bústies!</strong></p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Aprofitem per recordar-vos que, malauradament, hem hagut de suspendre la taula d'experiències sobre "videojocs: usos educatius i presència a equipaments públics" prevista per avui al Centre Cívic Joan Triadú, en el marc de les accions entorn Nova Pantalla. Gràcies a tothom que hi ha estat implicat, en especial les persones participants a la taula (Lucas Ramada, Maria Amblàs, Ester Muntané, Sergi Grau, Aimar Intxaurrondo i David Reifs), esperem poder-ho reprendre més endavant!</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">El pròxim <strong>20 de desembre</strong> se celebrarà la quarta edició de "<strong>Dinars en Família</strong>", una iniciativa que ofereix suport i acompanyament a persones en situació de vulnerabilitat ateses per la <strong>Fundació L’Esguard</strong>. Aquesta acció es realitza gràcies a la col·laboració d’empreses locals de la comarca d’Osona i d’un equip de voluntariat dedicat, que fan possible aquesta activitat des del seu inici.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">L'objectiu de "Dinars en Família" no és només proporcionar un àpat, sinó generar espais de trobada i interacció social que resulten essencials per a la salut mental i emocional. Segons explica la fundació, "quan les necessitats socials estan satisfetes, experimentem un estat de benestar. Quan aquestes necessitats no es compleixen, es poden derivar en sentiments de tristesa i patiment que afecten negativament la qualitat de vida". Aquest projecte representa, doncs, una oportunitat per a les persones participants de sentir-se acollides i de formar part d'una xarxa de suport i amistat.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Es dirigeix a individus en situacions difícils com la soledat extrema, l'exclusió social, problemes de salut mental i addiccions.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">La fundació treballa amb voluntaris i empreses locals, especialment durant les festes, per oferir suport integral i espais de socialització, promovent una xarxa de suport i pertinença.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Degradar, humiliar, ofendre o intimidar una persona sexualment o per raons de gènere en l’àmbit laboral, ja sigui de forma verbal o física, és un comportament més freqüent del que ens podem imaginar.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Sovint tenim aquestes situacions tan assimilades que ni tan sols ens n’adonem i, en cas d’identificar-les, molts cops no sabem com reaccionar.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"> </p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Per posar fre a aquests comportaments el passat mes de setembre vam organitzar per als treballadors de la Trueta una formació a càrrec de la cooperativa <a href="https://femarec.cat/" target="_blank" style="color: #337ab7; text-decoration: underline;">FEMAREC</a> en què vam parlar de com prevenir l’assetjament sexual o per raons de sexe en el lloc de treball, saber reconèixe’l i tenir eines per fer-hi front. Durant la formació, que va tenir lloc a la <a href="https://www.bibliotecapilarinbayes.cat/" target="_blank" style="color: #337ab7; text-decoration: underline;">Biblioteca Pilarín Bayés de Vic</a>, també es va parlar de la igualtat d’oportunitats entre dones i homes i de violència de gènere.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Com cada any, la Taula de Salut Comunitària, a través d’una comissió especifica formada per tècniques municipals, EAP Vic, l'Agència de Salut Pública de Catalunya, l'Institut Català de la Salut, la UVIC – UCC i el Consorci Hospitalari de Vic, organitzen unes jornades temàtiques per abordar algun aspecte rellevant pel què fa a la salut comunitària.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Enguany sota el títol "Avaluació en acció!", es parlarà de l’avaluació dels projectes comunitaris, aspecte de vital importància per analitzar l’avaluació del procés, la qualitat amb què s’ha impartit i la satisfacció de les parts participants d’un projecte.</p>

Des de 2022 hem atès a més de 150 persones amb varietat i tipologia de famílies.
