<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">L'Ajuntament de Vic posa en marxa unes jornades de debat i treball col·laboratiu per desplegar el Programa de l’associacionisme i el voluntariat de Vic, un full de ruta per enfortir el teixit associatiu de la ciutat en els propers anys. Aquestes tres sessions, obertes a totes les entitats i col·lectius, són una oportunitat per definir estratègies i accions concretes que contribueixin a superar alguns dels grans reptes compartits de les organitzacions del tercer sector a dia d’avui</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Les jornades es dividiran en tres sessions de treball, cadascuna amb uns objectius específics i establint mecanismes de seguiment i coordinació per garantir que les propostes es es diguin a terme segons el què s’haurà previst de manera conjunta amb el teixit associatiu.</p>

Per a què aquest procés sigui realment representatiu, és imprescindible la implicació activa de les entitats i col·lectius de la ciutat. La diversitat d’experiències i perspectives serà clau per construir un programa d’acció realista i eficaç pensat en clau de ciutat.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><span style="color:#e67e22"><span style="font-size:20px"><strong>Les jornades de "Viu El Carrer!" ocupen les plaçes i pistes de la ciutat aquesta Setmana Santa de 2025!</strong></span></span></p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"> </p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><strong>Els dies 14, 15, 16, i 17 d’abril, coincidint amb el període de vacances escolars de Setmana Santa, se celebraran novament les jornades Viu el Carrer!, de Setmana Santa a diferents pistes multiesportives de la ciutat de Vic.</strong></p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Aquestes jornades formen part del projecte comunitari Viu el carrer!, de Setmana Santa i inclouen una <strong>varietat d’activitats esportives, lúdiques i artístiques</strong> que tindran lloc a diferents pistes esportives de la ciutat, segons la franja d’edat, i aquestes són la pista del Montseny, la pista d’Occitània i la pista del parc Xavier Roca i Viñas, també conegut com a Skatepark.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Aquestes jornades de Setmana Santa van adreçades a infants de la ciutat de Vic de<strong> 6 a 12 anys</strong>, o que estiguin cursant educació primària.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Les jornades seran en horari de matí, de 9 del matí a 13:30 del migdia, amb servei d’acollida de 8:30 fins a les 9 del matí.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Les <strong>inscripcions estaran obertes fins al 9 d’abril</strong>, o fins a omplir aforament i es podran fer online o presencialment.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"> </p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">El <strong>cost de la inscripció és de 4 €</strong>, a raó d’un euro al dia, i <strong>inclou la participació en les activitats, una samarreta, l’assegurança i una peça de fruita diària per fomentar l’alimentació saludable</strong>. El pagament de la jornada es pot fer en els diferents punts d’inscripció, o com a molt tard el primer dia de l’activitat.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">La ciutat de Vic es prepara per a un nou cap de setmana d’implicació comunitària i dinamisme amb la celebració de la 21a edició de la <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_IKBoUazL38" target="_blank" style="color: #337ab7; text-decoration: underline;">Mostra d’Entitats</a>. Després de més de vint anys celebrant aquesta festa de l’associacionisme, la Mostra s’ha convertit en un punt de trobada clau per donar a conèixer la tasca de les entitats locals i de foment de la implicació de la ciutadania en la vida associativa del municipi. És també un espai òptim perquè les mateixes entitats de la ciutat coneguin de ben a prop la tasca que desenvolupen la resta d’organitzacions de la societat civil vigatana. La Mostra d’Entitats és compromís, cooperació i reivindicació.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Durant la jornada, les entitats del territori disposaran d’un espai on mostrar els seus projectes, compartir experiències i interactuar amb els visitants. A més, el programa inclourà una variada oferta d’activitats culturals, tallers participatius i exhibicions que serviran per posar en valor la diversitat i el dinamisme del teixit associatiu vigatà.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Aquest diumenge 30 de març, en el marc de la Festa de l’Esport de Vic 2025, es va celebrar la caminada popular Fent camí, organitzada conjuntament per part de la Taula d’entitats de Diversitat Funcional de Vic i les regidories de l’Ajuntament de Vic d’Esports i Ciutadania.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"> </p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Fent camí és una caminada popular que busca sensibilitzar la població entorn les necessitats diverses de les persones. És per aquest motiu que es planteja com una iniciativa inclusiva i accessible per a tothom, independentment de les seves capacitats. En aquesta ocasió, però, a causa de les intenses pluges de les setmanes prèvies que van afectar alguns trams, només es va poder garantir una bona accessibilitat en el recorregut de 2,5 quilòmetres.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"> </p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Aquesta jornada comunitària és possible gràcies al suport i la implicació de diverses entitats de la ciutat. La Unió Excursionista de Vic, un any més, es va ocupar de la proposta i la senyalització dels itineraris amb tres distàncies diferents per adaptar-se a les diferents necessitats dels participants (2, 5 i 10 quilòmetres). Persones voluntàries d’Osonament i la Fundació l’Esguard van donar un cop de mà amb el muntatge, les inscripcions i l’entrega de l’esmorzar. Des de l’Agrupació de Sords de Vic i Comarca van gestionar el punt d’avituallament ubicat a la part final del recorregut de 10 quilòmetres. També es va comptar amb l’assistència de les persones voluntàries de Protecció Civil per garantir l’accés i el correcte funcionament de la jornada.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Els Centres Cívics de Vic (CCVIC) estrenem la primavera amb tallers, monogràfics i exposicions que inclouen activitats a l'aire lliure i col·laboracions amb altres serveis i associacions de la ciutat.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Cal destacar que el Centre Esportiu Municipal Patí Vic s'incorpora a l'oferta de tallers i monogràfics amb tres activitats esportives: natació, hidrogimnàstica i pàdel a l'exterior. Per altra banda, repetim col·laboració amb els equipaments culturals de La Farinera i la Biblioteca Pilarin Bayés, amb les activitats de fotografia de retrat a l’exterior, introducció a la producció musical i el poder de la veu.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Amb l'arribada del bon temps les activitats a l'exterior guanyen protagonisme amb propostes com excursionisme científic, fotografia de retrat a l'exterior, el toc manual de campanes, mindfulness a l'aire lliure, cases i jardins (dibuix), la sortida al Talleret del Clot, pàdel a l'exterior, flora de la plana de Vic o observació ornitològica guiada.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">El <strong>Fòrum de Debats </strong>programa per al proper <strong>4 d’abril</strong>, divendres, una conferència amb el títol “Pornoinfància. Si els teus fills miren porno. Parlem de porno?”. Anirà a càrrec de <strong>José Luis García, Doctor en Psicologia i especialista en sexologia</strong> i tindrà lloc a l<strong>'Auditori "Marià Vila d'Abadal", de l'edifici del Sucre</strong>, de Vic, <strong>a les 19:00 del vespre</strong>. Com sempre, anirà seguida de col·loqui.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">La majoria dels joves accedeixen a la pornografia abans dels 16 anys, amb casos detectats des dels 6 o 8 anys. Aquesta exposició primerenca pot generar greus repercussions en el desenvolupament cerebral, les actituds i les relacions afectives i sexuals dels adolescents. El ponent tractarà de sensibilitzar sobre la importància de comprendre i abordar el consum abusiu i descontrolat de pornografia, especialment la de contingut violent, exposarà les greus conseqüències que aquest consum pot tenir en la salut mental i emocional dels joves, així com en la seva percepció de les relacions afectives i sexuals, i oferirà elements per entendre aquest fenomen i aprendre estratègies eficaces per abordar-lo de manera preventiva i educativa. </p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">José Luis García és un psicòleg i sexòleg espanyol amb més de 36 anys d’experiència en l’àmbit de la salut sexual. Ha treballat com a sexòleg per al Govern de Navarra, on també va coordinar els Centres d’Orientació Familiar i Educació Sexual. Al llarg de la seva trajectòria, ha desenvolupat programes de prevenció, formació i consulta clínica sobre disfuncions sexuals i relacions de parella. És autor de diversos llibres i articles, amb una atenció especial en els darrers anys a la influència de la pornografia en menors i joves, fenomen que ell denomina “generació porno”. Ha estat professor convidat en diverses universitats d’Espanya i Iberoamèrica i ha col·laborat amb organismes internacionals com la UNESCO i UNICEF. Els seus llibres més recents, com Parlem de porno?, ofereixen eines per a pares i professionals per abordar l’educació sexual i la prevenció del consum de pornografia infantil. Ha participat en nombrosos congressos de sexologia i ha rebut vuit premis nacionals en el seu camp.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><span style="background-color:transparent">Enguany l’Ajuntament de Vic, la Federació Catalana de Tennis i el Club Tennis Vic uneixen forces per apropar el tennis a les famílies de la comarca d’Osona.</span></p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">El Club Tennis Vic es convertirà en l’epicentre del tennis femení d’elit amb la celebració del WTA 125 Catalonia Open del 28 d’abril al 3 de maig, un torneig que comptarà amb les millors tennistes del circuit internacional i serà obert a tothom amb entrada GRATUÏTA i durant el mes d’abril es faran diferents activitats que ens encantaria que en forméssiu part.</p>

Una oportunitat única per gaudir del tennis en un entorn especial, organitzat per la Federació Catalana de Tennis, el Club Tennis Vic i l’Ajuntament de Vic. Obert a tots els nens i nenes sense experiència prèvia!<br>
Dilluns 7 d’abril (12:30 h) – Taller-conferència a càrrec de Miqui Moreno (UVic i FCT) sota el títol “El tennis com a vehicle d’alfabetització motriu en edat escolar”. Un esdeveniment dirigit a estudiants, professors d'educació física, tècnics de tennis i obert al públic en general. L’activitat tindrà lloc a la pista central del Club Tennis Vic.<br>
Dimecres 9 d’abril (12:00 h) – Presentació oficial del cartell del torneig i llistat de jugadores participants al Catalonia Open. No et perdis la revelació de les tennistes que competiran en aquest esdeveniment de primer nivell!<br>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><strong>1. Pla d'igualtat: </strong>El pla d'igualtat té l'objectiu de garantir l'igualtat de tracte i d'oportunitats de les persones en l'entorn laboral, indeendentment del gènere.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Les entitats amb 50 o més persones contractades han de tenir el pla i l'han de renovar cada 4 anys com a màxim.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><strong>2. Auditoria retributiva:</strong> L'auditoria retributiva consisteix a avaluar les retribucions percebudes en llocs d'igual valor per determinar si es garanteix l'igualtat entre dones i homes. Les organitzacions que estiguin obligades a tenir un pla d'igualtat han de fer l'auditoria.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><strong>3. Registre salarial: </strong>El registre salarial serveix per determinar l'existencia o no de bretxa salarial entre dones i homes . Totes les organitzacions que tinguin personal contractat han de tenir el registre i s'ha de fer cada any natural, ja que reflecteix els salaris de les persones contractades de l'any anterior.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><strong>4. Protocol d'abordatge de l'assetjament secual o per raó de sexe:</strong> El protocol determina mesures per prevenir i donar resposta a possibles situacions d'assetjament sexual o per raó de sexe. Qualsevol entitat que tingui personal contractat està obligada a tenir el protocol.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;"><strong>5. Protocol per a l'erradiació de les discriminacions LGTBIQA+:</strong> L'objctiu del protocol es prevenir i donar resposta a possibles discriminacions i violències contra persones que no estiguin dins de la cisheterosexualitat. Les organitzacions amb 50 o més persones contractades han de tenir el protocol.</p>

Protocol de desconexió digital: </strong>L'objectiu del document és garantir que es respecti el dret que tenen les persones treballadores a no rebre cap comunicació d el'organització fora de l'horari laboral pactat. Si l'entitat té personal contractat, estè obligada a tenir un protocol de desconnexió digital. Es tracta d'una mesura de conciliació laboral i personal.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">L’Ajuntament de Vic, des de les àrees d’igualtat i educació, va engegar a cavall del 2021 i 2022. Un projecte per a elaborar un model d’intervenció integral per treballar l’abordatge de les desigualtats des d’una perspectiva interseccional als centres de primària i secundaria de la ciutat. El projecte ha pres el nom de Prisma, i compta amb la participació de la UVic-UCC i la facilitació de l’entitat Lo Relacional.</p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">L’escola de la Sínia i l’institut La Plana són dos centres que en el curs escolar 2023-2024 van iniciar un treball al centre com a prova pilot d’aquest model. I durant el curs 2024-2025 continuen establint les bases per consolidar aquest model. En l’acompanyament als centres i al grup motor arran d’un procés de diagnosi es van recollir tres propostes de continguts específics a través de tres monogràfics dirigits a la comunitat socio educativa. És per això que en el primer semestre de l’any, es proposa la realització de tres monogràfics. .</p>

El quart Iftar Comunitari de Vic, celebrat aquest dissabte 15 de març al Recinte Firal El Sucre, ha estat un gran èxit i ha consolidat aquest esdeveniment com un referent de la bona convivència i diàleg intercultural a la ciutat. Més de 300 persones han assistit a aquesta trobada, que ha permès a persones de diversos orígens i creences compartir el trencament del dejuni diari del Ramadà en un ambient de germanor i respecte mutu.</p>

L'acte ha començat amb una breu explicació sobre el significat del Ramadà dirigida sobretot a les persones no musulmanes que no coneixen aquesta celebració, seguida d'una lectura compartida per part de les entitats organitzadores i les autoritats, que han destacat la importància de la solidaritat, l'empatia i el compromís amb la ciutat. Més tard, els participants han gaudit d’un àpat tradicional, enriquit per converses i moments compartits.</p>

<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">El Vicjove obre una nova convocatòria de la <strong>Carta d’Ajuts 2025</strong>, una iniciativa destinada a donar suport a projectes, activitats i iniciatives impulsades per joves de la ciutat. L'ajuda ofereix suport econòmic, cessió d'infraestructures i materials a joves i entitats juvenils. El pressupost total disponible per aquesta edició és de 5.000 euros, amb un màxim de 1.000 € per proposta. </p>
<p style="margin: 0 0 10px;">Els projectes han de ser sense ànim de lucre, tenir impacte a Vic i estar impulsats per grups de joves o entitats. Es poden presentar sol·licituds fins el 30 de maig de 2025. Les activitats presentades s'hauran de desenvolupar durant el 2025. </p>
